If you are having any procedure done, you will not be allowed to have a partner with you. They will tell you you can leave if that is an issue. When they said my husband couldn't stay with me I went hysterical, and cried through the whole procedure. What are you so afraid of she kept saying. Being alone with you all for one thing. Still hysterically crying at the check out finally someone who showed some concern. The girl went and got my husband who let me get out of that office, while he checked me out. I will never return there. They have no concern for the patients needs or mental state. I have MS so I have been through many procedures and to many Drs and have NEVER been treated this way.

I was referred to the Nurse Practitioner for help as I have lost all of my hair. On my second visit, she didn’t even recall meeting me. I had to retell my entire situation. She only told me my situation was a mystery and she would have to do some research... she also told me this the first visit. My thoughts were that maybe if you had done some research you might have recalled who I was. Following my second visit, she stated she would speak to the doctor to set up a plan of action for me and would get in touch with me. Two days later the nurse called me to inform me they were going to try to get me in with a specific rheumatologist. However if that rheumatologist was unable to accept me as a patient then they would just try some steroids again. My response to her was well let’s not just stop at one rheumatologist. What if we think outside of the box and attempt to find another rheumatologist that actually CAN accept me as a patient. I then provided her with the name of a rheumatologist… that is willing to accept me as a patient. So two and a half weeks later I called the rheumatologist to see if the referral had been sent over. It had not. I immediately called the dermatologist and left a message requesting the referral be sent again please including my cell number for contacting me. Three days later (total of three weeks after second visit) I still have not heard from the dermatologist office and the rheumatologist has not received my referral. If you have a basic dermatological need, sure go here because it’s convenient, however, I highly recommend you find someone who has the time and resources of your needs are more complicated.
