I had a overall good experience. The connection issue was not very pleasant very frustrating. I had to call office in order to get the provider to help. It was worth the wait because she was able to help me. Thanks

Brief, but all good.

Camille called me several hours before my scheduled virtual appointment time as she had a break between patients and was concerned about my Covid, even though she has never met me. I was impressed by that, as well as her knowledge about which antiviral would not work well based on possible interactions with my medications. She was very personable.

The first time I called the virtual clinic, my call dropped during the call. This was annoying because there was a long wait time to get connected and because I had to repeat all the information I had already given. Other than that, I was very satisfied. Ms Snyder and the person who answered the phone were kind and helpful.

Friendly and Knowledgeable; transparent about system issues that made things difficult (eg, couldn't put RX on auto fill, tried to set up an easier way for me to fill it, came up with a workable solution)

I'm absolutely impressed and grateful The process involved a few different members of support team; each one was efficient and effective. Bravo

They have definitely been good, attentive and very friendly

All providers have been good thus far. I did change my PCP recently due to not feeling comfortable or fully listened to, as well as respected.
