I would certainly recommend Dr. Green. She is listens and is very attentive to every detail. Had moles removed and other skin related conditions. Great dermatologist!

I went to see Dr Green after a very disappointing visit with another dermatology practice off of Austell Road. When Dr Green was in the room she took the time to explain my diagnosis and made sure I understood the treatment choices for my skin type. She made me feel at ease and I would highly recommend her.

She was rushed and tried to treat the problem before she explained what she was planning. She would not answer questions and was uncaring.

My uncle has long been a patient of Dr. Kimbrough-Green. When I became concerned about a mole that I have had since birth and have been told by other doctors to monitor closely, I decided to make an appointment with her based on his recommendation. I waited almost 45 minutes after my appointment time before seeing the doctor. Then she spent only a few minutes looking me over. I had to stop her from leaving the room to address my concerns with her. Upon looking at the mole in question, she began to argue with me about whether it was a mole or not and made me feel bad about being concerned in the first place. She did decide to remove it. She did not use enough local anesthetic, so I was in pain for most of the procedure. When I had to return later to have stitches removed, I had to wait almost an hour before being seen. A little over a month later, I got what I believed to be an infection in the exact area that the mole at been removed. I called her office multiple times and it… took 2 days for the doctor to call me back. Instead of being concerned about my health, the first thing I hear from Dr. Kimbrough-Green is that it's not her or her office's fault. I was not looking to place blame, I was looking for medical help. Despite being in significant pain, her office could not get me an appoint for another 3 days. When I finally saw her, she continued saying how it wasn't her fault and then looked and told me it look infected. She prescribed antibiotics and a topical creme. I never received even a follow-up call from office staff to see if my condition had improved. I will never go to Dr. Kimbrough-Green again.

I had a few tiny things I needed removed - I was left with huge gaping holes and extreme pain - PLUS - because of the way too big and deep holes, I have lost feeling in part of my hand. The pressure she used to burn off this - I mean tiny of tiny marks -went right through a nerve. I will never go back to her again. It is hard to find a good skin doctor. They all seem to be uncaring and out for cosmetic procedures that are ridiculously expensive. Find someone else.

My experience with Dr. Kimbrough-Green, her staff & this dermatology practice in general was completely unprofessional. They failed to contact me about test results positive for an infection for 6 weeks, & then sent those test results in the mail with no treatment or follow-up information. I had to hunt them down for treatment information (three phone calls, two messages unreturned, & finally a visit to their office), and was told I would need a separate appointment for that. After further complaint, I was given a prescription that costs 300.00, with a coupon for the prescription that expired a month before the prescription was even written. It baffles me this practice remains in business treating it's patients so callously and unprofessionally.

I was very pleased with my visit today after almost two years from being examined. Every question I raised was answered.

I do not feel like this doctor cared about me and what I was going through at all. I know doctors see many conditions, but to me it was personal and I had many questions that went unanswered. Very disappointed and lack of communication caused a lot of worry.
