Candice Baugh MA, LMHC

Candice Baugh MA, LMHC has been a therapist for over 25 years. She provides telehealth for individuals across New York as well as in-person sessions at her Westhampton Beach office. When based in Manhattan, she was a clinician and clinical assistant professor at New York University Langone Medical Center. Ms. Baugh has also served as a director of crisis teams and provided clinical oversight for clinicians at behavioral health clinics throughout New York.Ms. Baugh provides specialty therapy for adolescents and adults with ADHD, anxiety, and depression. She uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a third wave of treatment after Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), to help people clarify values and what is meaningful to them in their lives or to answer the questions “Who am I?”, “What do I want to do?” and “How do I get there?” Ms. Baugh enjoys working with people as they navigate life changes like moving from adolescence to young adulthood, making career and relationship changes and …transitioning between roles.
