Dr. Cara Frances Fanning, MD

I think she is the reason my friend lost his life. Tweaking meds and not caring about the patient. Cara referred to my friend as she on medical reports, when in fact the patient was a man. Absolutely zero respect for her.

We were provided with this doctor information to call, we kept leaving messages and we only got an answer machine. I asked the PCP to changed my referral to a different provider. This is unacceptable. When you are dealing with a serious illness, time is pressure.

This is the WORST MD I've ever had to deal with in this city! NASTY attitude. talks down to you and will hardly let you get a word in. NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE! Get a grip!!!

After 7 days in hospital for pnemonia n heart working at 6% she came in asked at 100 questions with true concern, listened w intensity w true care n concern, realized 7 days of antibiotics had gone unnoticed that patient was growing worse. Listened to patients life history w/o judgement only wanting to get him better , give him a longer n better quality of life. A true Dr living up to the oath a Dr takes upon graduating n becoming certified n licensed. Thank you Dr fanning u r so greatly appreciated. Thank goodness God brought u in our lives.

Very knowledgeable on infectious disease. I was referred by my orthopedic surgeon and Dr. Fanning was a thorough and caring physician. She did not try to "milk" me for extra visits or send me to have excessive tests or procedures. I have been in her office while other physicians were calling her for advice on their patients. If other physicians trust her knowledge, I do too. And being "matter of fact", direct, and to the point does not make you rude. It makes you efficient when you are a busy physician. She explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. I never felt rushes or frustrated with the care I received.

After working with Dr. Fanning, she was extremely rude and didn't take my situation under no sort of consideration. DO NOT RECOMMEND HER!

Dr. Cara Fanning, a Infectious Diseases physician in Las Vegas, Nevada is the finest human being I have come across. She is a intelligent and dedicated physician, who is very well known for her caring approach towards her patient. This doctor goes to extreme length to take care of her patients. This is not only in my case, but also in case of other patients. Nurses in hospital say, if I was sick , I would go to Dr. Cara Fanning. Dr. Cara Fanning is a respected doctor in Las Vegas community. I am very happy, we have a physician of her caliber in our community.

Horrible, horrible, arrogant woman. Truly. Nurses tried to tell her about my condition and other happenings. She ignored them. She told the nurses in front of me that she was going to write them up. Whatever that means. Do not see her or any hospital that will allow her to practice or treat staff in such a manner.
