Dr. Cara-Louise Fox, MD

I like this doc. She is professional yet personable. She explains thoroughly and I never feel rushed at her appts. I also appreciate that she lets the patient be an active part of the decision-making process for their health, instead of just being told what to do. The staff over the years has gotten better and better and they do follow through with return calls, meds or just general questions.

We stopped seeing this provider over a year ago because of numerous errors. This week we got a call from her assistant that the doctor had called in the refills we had requested. We DID NOT request any refills....haven't seen her in over a year!!! Wake up people!!! We left Carson Medical Group because of all the errors made in billing, prescriptions written inaccurately, and because the doctor was so NOT knowledgeable and soooo unprofessional. She didn't give a hoot for the patient....it's all about the money for this one. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Nice doc whi seems to care some. Better than some others.

She does not return calls, forgets to send in referrals, never looks up from her computer screen, and we have to wait to get our scripts filled as every single time the pharmacy has to call her for clarification. My husband and I have found someone else to care for our family. Also, we have had to wait months to see her and the automated phone system is the ultimate frustration. All this is just plain UNACCEPTABLE.
