Dr. Caren Sheila Gould, MD

Dr. Caren Gould is a geriatrician and internal medicine physician with expertise in critical care medicine and hospice and palliative medicine. She earned her medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine and completed her residency at Medical College of Virginia Hospital. With 45 years of clinical experience, Dr. Gould brings extensive knowledge to caring for older adults and managing complex medical conditions. She is fluent in Chinese, English, Spanish, and Tagalog.

Dr. Gould practices at On Lok Senior Health Services and On Lok Lifeways Clinic, both located in San Francisco, California. Her comprehensive training in geriatric medicine allows her to address the unique health challenges that seniors face. Through her background in critical care medicine, she manages patients with serious acute conditions requiring intensive monitoring.
