Dr. Caren Bartosz Taylor, MD

I went to visit Dr. Caren B. Taylor because I suffered from bleeding caused by hemorrhoids. Without even checking my rectum, her diagnosis was that I needed to have a colonoscopy. At the same time, she sent me to do a blood test to analyze the levels in my body. However, after almost two weeks of my study, no one from Dr. Taylor's office ever called me to report the results of my blood tests. I called the office at least twice. Nobody could communicate anything to me. I was feeling very sick. Disappointed from Dr. Taylor and her group, I found myself in the need to find another specialized doctor who could help me with my medical problem. Thank goodness Dr. Robert Felman gave me an immediate appointment and I had the opportunity to see him. There I explained my experience with Dr. Taylor. They couldn't believe me that after two weeks of a blood test, no one from Dr. Taylor's office called me to report the results. Somehow in Dr. Felman's office the secretary had the ability to… investigate the results of my blood test. And yes, according to studies, the blood levels in my body were SUPER low. The next day after the consultation with Dr. Felman, I personally went to the emergency department of the hospital in Sarasota. I was admitted to the hospital for a week. Three days after I was released from the hospital, someone finally called me from Dr. Taylor's office to report that my blood tests were very bad. You can imagine how I felt about this. First of all I want to thank GOD for having given me the wisdom to make the decision to go to the hospital. I thank Dr. Felman's secretary for finding the means and investigating the results of my blood test. Many thanks to SARASOTA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL and all the doctors and nurses who SAVED MY LIFE there. And about Dr. Taylor and her group, I forgive their irresponsibility that they had with me.

Dr. Taylor is smart, knowledgeable, and personable. I am happy to have her as my gastroenterologist.
