Dr. Cari Ann Bollweg, DO

Left me untreated for WEEKS! I kept calling and making appointments and she kept sending me home. I finally checked myself into the hospital. They told me if I had waited 24- 48 hours longer would have died.

Dr. Bollweg is the best doctor I have ever had. She truly cares, and will do everything she can to find out how to help. She is extremely busy because of all of the new patients she has taken on because of other doctors leaving affinity. Since Affinity has so few female doctors, she's swamped.

I have seen Dr. Bollweg several times now, and I don't know why I have even seen her more than once. Every time I go in she is in such a rush, you can barely get a word in before she is out the door and your visit is over. It usually takes months to even get in for an appointment and it is very frustrating when you wait that long to see someone and you can't even get all of your issues addressed. The last time I was in I asked how her day was going and she said "I would rather be doing something else." I was also charged the extra $25 for a "Level 4 Office Visit" outside of the regular copay for the physical. When I asked the billing department why they told me that it is something the doctor can add on if you ask about ANYTHING outside of what the visit is for. I was there for a physical, am I just supposed to be silent when she asks if I have concerns about anything? When you wait in the room for over 20 mins before the doctor comes in and is only there for 15 it can be a little… frustrating to say the least. If you want someone that actually cares and takes the time to listen to your concerns DO NOT use Dr. Cari Bollweg.

She is an awesome doctor who truly cares about her patients. She always goes the extra mile to help.
