My husband was seen at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton for a headache. Dr. Matthews barely took the time to talk to us. She got a CT scan and gave him tylenol. After the CT scan came back "normal" she discharged my husband albeit the fact that his headache never improved. We cam back to the ER only to be told that it was likely my husband had multiple myeloma based on the "normal" CT scan Dr. Matthews read. The Dr. on the second visit correctly diagnosed us and trasferred us to Naval Medical Center San Diego. Her bedside manner left a lot to be desired, she used big words and we felt like she just talked down to us. She's the worst!

Avoid this lazy doctor who could not give a care about me. I came in with chest pain and was later diagnosed with wpw by the ER. This physician sent me home without even an ECG or chest X-ray which I understand is standard for this type of complaint. Horrible.
