I have been recommending Dr c to everyone..she has saved my life!!! All these negative reviews are totally wrong....she is wonderful

Excellent Dr.! She knew exactly what was wrong with hand and sent me to the correct Therapist to get it back to working again. Her Receptionist was very friendly, not snooty like most. She laughed with me when I told her a joke. She showed me postcards the Dr.s Clients had sent to them from all around the world.

The most unprofessional doctor and office staff I have ever experienced. It is impossible to trust a doctor when you cannot trust the staff and vice versa. I have no idea what happened to Dr. Candler between 2013 and 2015 but reading the reviews those writing reviews in 2013, 2011, and 2009 did not see the same doctor I did. She gave me a prescription before Iâ??d even finished telling her my symptoms. In spite of the fact that my complain involved my head, neck and face, she did not exam any of those areas; in fact she did not touch me at all. Dr. Candler is not the first neurologist I have seen, the doctor who recommended her was retiring and told me that he had not met her and really didnâ??t know too much about her except that she was supposed to be an expert in the area I needed. She gave me no indication she was an expert in the field, except to tell me her son had the same problem so she kept up to date on the latest research. Immediately upon making that statement she… turned to her computer and goggled the issue. I KNOW she used google I saw it. I will not return to Dr. Candler, will not recommend her to anyone, and will in fact, tell anyone who asks to stay as far away from her as possible. Iâ??ll refrain from discussing her dirty lab coat and unprofessional dress of the doctor and her entire staff. Of course it was easy to get an appointment, no one in their right mind returns to this doctor.

Has her mom working the office. Not the best thing either since her mom likes to talk. She talks about patients to other patients, procedures, appointments, conditions, nothing is safe or private here. She also gets very distracted and may make your appointment in another person's spot or forgets to write it down. Never calls back and doesn't call with test results. Dr. Candler herself is great, but she is kind of hairbrained and disorganised. Got my chart mixed up with somebody else's twice. Is inconsistent with testing procedures, and thinks everyone has MS. She is very thorough and compassionate, unfortunately I cannot trust my test results are mine. That IF I can get my own appointment spot...

I went to see this Doctor and my impression of her and her staff was not good. The person answering the phone was unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. The office setting is chaotic cluttered and unorganized. The person who greeted me was the same lady who answers the phone. I felt uneasy the entire time I was there. My appointment was at one and at two fifteen I got to see the Doctor. Her appearance was acceptable except for her lab coat. Looked like it was starched and ironed but it was very dirty and stained. The treatment she prescribed has not helped yet. She might be an excellent neurologist but I won't return to see her.

I never got to meet the Doctor because the staff was so rude on the phone that i just couldn't bare to be in that office. The most unprofessional and rude phone experience in my life.

/really like Dr. Candler. is very caring with me and my parkinsons problem. When it comes to staff, her current person leaves a lot to be desired. many, many mistakes. difficult to get mistakes resolved. needs a more professional staff.

Dr. Candler is compassionate, considerate and she went above and beyond for me. She personally and spent office staff time fighting the insurance company for the medication BCBS denied but she felt would help me. It might not always happen this way but she won my appeal and I will be able to get the recommended treatment because she fought for me! She also has an after hours line for everyone which is just added comfort for someone who is newly diagnosed with a auto immune disease. She even called me back when she was on vacation. I saw many neurologist who were all book no personality and I feel strongly the other doctors would have all taken NO for an answer from the insurance company because it definitely would have been easier, She is an amazing person and I am glad I finally found a fit for me.
