Dr. Carl Joseph Carlson, MD

Needed to establish a PCP, have been on a medication since 1990’s that he prescribes to other patients, but won’t give to me because he interrupted every time I tried to explain why. Most first visits the doctor does a thorough exam. He listened to heart, lungs and only looked in my ear because I asked him to. Said I had too many illnesses. DUH, why do you think I’m going to a doctor. FYI DOC, I know seven people I went to school with who died in their early fifties.

FIRST DOCTOR IN A LONG TIME WHO TOOK TIME TO LISTEN TO ME, CONSIDER MY PROBLEMS . MADE ME FEEL CONFORTABLE.I'M HEALING NOW, AND ON THE ROAD TO BETTER HEALTH BECAUSE DR CARLSON TOOK THE TIME TO CARE. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, AND HELPFUL.

I saw this man 3 times and all 3 visits were extremely bad. He was very arrogant, would not answer questions, continually interrupted me when I attempted to ask him something, gave me an incorrect prescription and when I asked him to correct it, he let me know it was my fault and would not correct it. I would not recommend him to anyone and I am changing doctors immediately.

Dr. Carlson always has done an outstanding job with me and has been the best doctor that I have ever had. His diagnosis is always on target and he always spends enough time with me to make sure that I understand his analysis. He has helped me to control my diabetes and with my weight loss. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a highly qualified physician.
