Dr. Carl P Damato, MD

Went into Emergency Room at Miles with extreme pelvic/leg pain...etc...Dr. Damato entered room and asked "what do you want me to do for you?" I questioned my symptoms for lyme...he dismissed that because I had a neg test result the year before and he did not believe all the hype about lyme disease. Sent me home with oxycodone for my pain...and put most other symptoms off onto menopause and working too hard. 3 weeks later I was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and have several bone lesions and 3 fractures in pelvic area. No thanks to Dr. Damato. He acted like he didn't want anything to do with me. I rated him with 1 star...and that's too much.

I highly recommend this doctor. He was easy to talk to, quickly diagnosed the problem; good to follow up in making a referral as needed based on test results. Seemed honest and straight forward in discussion of the findings/treatment plan. I have had lots of experience with the medical community - This is a doctor I trust.
