If you want a doctor that is impossible to get a hold of or to count on then this man is not for you.

His patients are on his mind, spends great time and care.

I like that the office was close by and most of the time I could schedule an appointment during the same week. The lady that runs the front desk was always nice too. What I did not like was that the staff was confused all the time. They would call to give you results and then the next day someone else would call and say you need an appointment to get your results. I found out through my insurance that Dr. Eby diagnosed me with a problem even though I told him that I had no problems at all. I would ask about a recent visit and the nurse would not be able to locate it in the computer and then argue that it must have never occurred even though I have the record to prove it.
