Dr. Carl D. Frank, MD

I have seen Dr. Frank twice for two different issues. Both times the staff and Dr. Frank exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a GI doctor look no further.

Dr explained what had been found and explained what would happen next. Always asked if I had any questions.

I waited almost a month to see Dr. Frank. Terrible diarrhea even at night. So I waited almost a month and who did I see but the PA. I don't mind seeing a PA but I should have seen her much sooner with the symptoms I was having. If I had seen her quickly maybe I would not have had to deal with these issues for almost a month. I will be changing to another Dr.

I could not have been pleased with the professionalism of Dr. Frank's staff. From the tech that brought me to my room, to the nurses that prepped to the anesthetist and finally Dr. Frank. Exceeded my expectations in all areas!!

Dr. Frank is a really good physician. Tells me what I need to know in a way it is easy for me to understand.

Excellent doctor and staff.
