He was very informative about everything and discussed everything with me and my mom. He was very helpful explaining all medications that would help her and side effects of them. Everything we needed to know and what was best fitted for her. He just didn't hand us a prescription and send us on our way that's what we liked best of him. He was also genuinely concerned and kind with my mom.
