Dr. Carl Stuart Heller, MD

Told the doctor was running behind 45 minutes. Two elderly parents, both just getting out of hospital, waiting is difficult when one is supposed to be completely off his foot. This staff is dismissive and rude. I will be finding another PCP for my parents and myself.

I have never waited longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room and exam room. Dr Heller spends the perfect amount of time with me and actually listens to my concerns. He has on site labs and quick results. Great staff as well!

I went to the doctor for a routine yearly check-up. At the appointment the doctor asked if I took any medication, I told him I have high blood pressure (the doctor noted this and re-filled my existing prescription from a previous doctor). Afterwords I was billed for both the visit and the bloodwork because the visit was coded as being treated for illness and not a routine physical (my insurance covers routine bloodwork and yearly physicals 100%). After speaking with my insurance and the lab, they told me to speak to the nurse who codes the visit to adjust the coding. The nurse refused to adjust the coding to routine from diagnostic as she did not right down anything for a physical on my chart. After speaking with her for approximately 20 minutes I told her I would not be returning to Dr. Heller.

attentive to my needs, not really a people person but very efficient with your visit.

Only person who will sit and talk to see how you are is there PA Regina Babbin who is excellent.. Doc bozo and heller said I had high blood pressure and went for another check up they upped the dose.. Went home passed out on the floor! Quit taking the meds! 9 months later I went in and seen DR Bozo. And he was ecstatic that I was finally leveled out with by blood pressure.. Then I told him I didn't take them in 9 months he was puzzled.. I asked him if he ever herd of white coat syndrome? He got mad and stormed out!
