Dr. Carl Chao Chia Hsu, MD

Receptionist thinks the world owes her something, completely useless and rude. Dr. Barely speaks English and rushes everything. They cant get their billing correct. They sent us bills for shots which are covered by insurance. They refunded us $60 then tried collecting on the free services covered by insurance. Dealing with the DMV is more pleasureable

This office is always crammed full of people and the wait time is ridiculous. You wait a month already just for an appointment and when you finally get to see Dr. Hsu he rushes through the appointment, barely even speaks to the children and then completely disregards any concern you have. He's impossible to understand and is just rude and uncaring. He looks at the chart and basically just decides whether or not your kids need shots and if they don't he just ushers you out the door. I have had legitimate concerns about my child's health and he just always says "oh he's fine, he just needs to *whatever he comes up with that moment*. The whole office is unprofessional and cold. They don't care, bottom line.

r. Hsu himself, seems fine. Although we were always rushed out and never seen in a timely manner... every appointment took hours. Plus, as a first time mom, none of my concerns were ever meet and i could NEVER get an appointment when needed (only prescheduled months in advance for shots) they should not keep taking new patients if they can't satisfy the ones they have. The front office MA'S are rude and very unhelpful.

Totally unacceptable rediculous office policy. You go to the office with a newborn baby 6 days old and have to wait over an hour. Staff is not friendly office manager is not in. Totallyunprofessional

Ive been taking my kids there for 7 years dr hsu is wonderful but due to his office staff bein rude unpleasant,the wait time is , redicules the staff answering the appointment line is beyond rude just plain unproffessinal do to my experiences I will not take my kids back & I will strongly encourage my family & friends not to go there ever again,retrain your staff

It's nice to have a doctor you can trust. I went to Dr. Hsu when I was a child, and now am lucky enough to bring my own daughter to see him.
