Dr. Carl R Jones, DO

Dr. Jones is a no nonsense kind of physician who has an amazing office staff. He listened to my concerns, got some procedures set up and then let me know what was found and what he recommended trying. I appreciate his frankness, yet kind delivery of information.

My husband is a patient of Dr. Jones for several years now. Dr. Jones is always willing to listen and answer questions. Works with patients to try every avenue available.

Very pleased with my results. I was hesitant to go to my appointment simply because I hate taking medicine and having tests. Dr. Jones was very professional, kind and thorough in explaining my situation. My testing was done quickly and was a very easy painless process. I am now happily on the road to recovery. So glad Dr. Jones was recommended to me!!

My Dr has contacted this office for 3 months now for an appointment and they have never called. I guess they are too busy for me!

He is disloyal to his staff as a frequent patient I see a new face every visit. It's now a all white staff. Imagine that. The word around town is he is having financial difficulties so watch your bills and dont let the office manager tax you. Not like she will call you back to discuss a random charge or anything. I give him another year and he will be out of business but that's his karma. The lady up front is the nicest rudest lady you will ever meet. She always bragging about sfa or asking if you have a spouse. I'm not sure why though... Find another gastroenterologist who is loyal and stable.

I am perplexed by the negative press the Staff & Doctor have receieved herein. The Staff was accomodating to a fault and were so consistently courteous it makes things difficult for the rest of us. Dr Jones is brief and to the point but his inquiries were professional and utterly pragmatic_if you want to socialize, go elsewhere, if you want to be diagnosed and cured, put yourself in the Good Dr's hands.

11/2 hour wait time Incomplete procedures Missed diagnoses 5 Minute consult. Always in a Big hurry Poor technique, dismissed with bleeding

If you are looking for a caring and attentive physician, run fast, run far IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION.

He is a sorry excuse for a doctor

Jones is a fast talker and seems to be in a hurry all of the time. He wasn't interested in my "overall" well being. He was very vague about my "unspecified" diagnosis. He didn't explain or elaborate on my issue at all. If he performs any procedures on you, be sure and ask for copies of your reports. He was very misleading about my colonoscopy and I didn't find this out until 2 1/2 months later. His office staff was very strange and unfriendly to say the least and they were not prompt at returning phone calls. Overall... my entire experience with Jones was extremely disappointing. Best of luck to those of you who put your trust in him.
