Dr. Carl Jeffrey Kinzel, DO

I have pretty much followed him from Day One to Bronson, and now to his own practice. He takes time to listen to his patients, and include them in the conversation about their own care. He connected me to a superb surgeon when I needed a specialist. He treats patients like he would want to be treated. If there were six stars, I'd give him an extra.

I was looking for a doctor after coming from out of the area. Dr. Kinzel was able to see me fairly quickly when I got sick unexpectedly. I have a complicated health history. Dr. Kinzel not only treated me in the office, but also called me later that evening after doing some research on my condition and let me know exactly what medication I needed and to call him immediately if I did not feel any better. Not many doctors do that today, especially for new patients.

Dr Kinzel and his staff genuinely care about their patients. They are open to discussion and more than just pill pushing and treating the symptoms. He treats the whole body and is open to alternative treatment - but then, that's what a DO is supposed to do. His OMT fixed me when a year of doctors appts at another "popular" doctors office completely failed. Would absolutely recommend this office, without hesitation. And I am difficult to please. ;)

We appreciate Dr. Kinzel's forthright discussions about our medical issues, and we have many between us. He is open to different treatments. He listens, gathers the information, puts it together and then sits you down and explains things. This is a doctor who actually looks you directly in the eye when talking or listening to you. His staff has always been competent, friendly, and truly interested in you as a client. We are over 60 so this isn't our first rodeo and we are very picky about who we trust our care to. We have complete confidence in Dr Kinzel's expertise and highly recommend him to our friends and acquaintances.

Just had my second visit with Dr. Kenzel. I think that he is a wonderful doctor. I like much better than my previous doctor. Makes you right at home. He is very throughout the whole visit. He seems to care a lot about his patients.

He is very opinionated and condescending. He does not accept that some people find relief from alternate medicine and therapy.

I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH DR. KINZEL. I WAS A PATIENT OF HIS, UNTIL I GOT DRUG TESTED BY "FORENSIC FLUIDS " AND THE RESULTS CAME BACK ASTRONOMICALLY WRONG-!! THE OFFICE STAFF IS A FIVE STAR, AMANDA, BUT THE MA'S HAVE A LOT TO LEARN ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE & HOW TO TALK TO THEIR CLIENTS. I HAVE BEEN IN THE HEALTHCARE FIELD FOR 32 YEARS AND I HAVE TAUGHT CNA'S AND HAD EXPERIENCE IN TEACHING MA'S, AND THIS CERTAIN MA, DIDN'T FOLLOW CHAIN OF COMMAND ON MY SWAB, THEREFORE; LEAVES ROOM FOR LARGE ERROR. PLUS MY SWAB SAT AT " FORENSIC FLUIDS." FOR 8 DAYS OR IT SAT SOMEWHERE FOR 8 DAYS. HMMMM, DO YOU THINK THAT I COULD CATCH A BREAK?? NO BOOM-!!!! DISCHARGED FROM DR. KINZEL'S CARE. HE DID NOT GIVE ME A CHANCE TO RETEST OR EVEN HAVE A URINE DRUG OR SEREM DRUG SCREEN-?? I HAD A FALSE POSITIVE AT MY FORMER PHYSICIAN'S OFFICE AND AT LEAST HE LET ME REDEEM MYSELF.. I HEARD ABOUT THIS AWESOME DOCTOR AND I DECIDED TO GO TO HIM, AND I SIMPLY THINK THAT I NEED TO SEE AN INTERNAL MEDICINE… DOCTOR.. I AM DISAPPOINTED THAT DR. KINZEL WOULDN'T LET ME REDEEM MYSELF AND GET X2 OTHER TEST DONE TO SHOW HIM THAT WAS A FAULTY TEST-!! SO, IF YOU HAVE A CHRONIC ILLNESS OR THREE, LIKE MYSELF, DR.KINZEL IS NOT YOUR DOCTOR. TAKE YOUR CHILDREN AND YOUNG HEALTHLY PEOPLE WHO MIGHT NEED YOUR BACK ADJUSTED OR SOME TYPE OF MANIPULATION, DR. KINZEL IS THE PHYSICIAN FOR YOU. GOOD LUCK. IF YOU TOO ARE UNHAPPY WITH DR. KINZEL & HIS STAFF, THEN PLEASE HELP ME GET MY POINT ACROSS. THE DAY IS COMING WHEN SOMEONE LIKE MYSELF WILL BE DISPLEASED AND WANT TO VENT. PLEASE DO IT HERE. I TRULY LIKE DR. KINZEL AS A PERSON, BUT HE COULDN'T HANDLE MY CASE, SO I AM MOVING ON TO INTERNAL MEDICINE AND STAYING AWAY FROM FAMILY PRACTICE.. THANKS FOR READING.
