He repaired a corneal laceration under emergency circumstances. He was arrogant, rude, impatient, immature, insulted my intelligence on numerous occasions. He rarely listened to me completely before jumping to conclusions. On my last visit, when my care was to be assumed by another ophthalogist, he said (in so many words) that I could go to the specialist but it would probably never do me any good and I'd never be able to use my eye again. He stated this with the tone of someone who had lost all interest in the progress of his patient. I was appalled, to say the least. The worst visit was when a suture knot had become unburied. When I told him, he answered "so???", like a spoiled adolescent. He then proceeded to dig the knot out of my eye while I was sitting in the examination chair. As it's a bit difficult to keep one's eye open while someone digs around in your eye, he nonetheless started impatiently yelling "come on!!!" numerous times, until I had to raise my voice and inform him I… was doing the best I could.In my 54 years, I have NEVER encountered a so-called "doctor" who was as insensitive as this man. He may be a good surgeon, but he's the LOUSIEST excuse for a doctor you could ever have the misfortune of meeting!Do yourself a favor and find someone else . . .
