Dr. Carl Albert Moritz, MD

Dr. Moritz is, by far, the best doctor I've ever visited. He spends as much time with you as necessary to get to the bottom of whatever issue you might have. He responds to calls and messages in a timely manner, and he never fails tools me laugh on every visit. Great guy. Great doctor.

I have seen Carl since I was an infant, and his attention to care and detail is unmatched. If you are looking for a doctor who you want to use for the rest of your life, Carl is it - no joke.

Integrity and competence, two things so lacking in todays health care community that Dr. Moritz and his staff have in abundance. I have aggressive cardiovascular disease. Im in a genetically high risk category for this and consulted a Boulder cardiologist for several years prior to my becoming aware of having the disease. The disease went entirely undetected by my cardiologist but fortunately Dr. Moritz recognized the subtle signs. He saved my life.

Carl has been my doctor for over 2 years now and I consider him part of my inner circle of trust. I don't make health decisions without consulting him first anymore and he's the first place I go to when I'm looking for other health professionals because I value his judgment. One serious problem within the medical field is the illusion of infallibility i.e. doctors who play the expert when they actually don't know, leading patients to make bad choices. This is never a risk with Carl, he keeps it all very real and his genuine concern for the health & wellbeing of his patients overrides all egoic concerns. Cory his assistant is also very competent and highly personable. Its a terrific team, I would highly recommend both.

Though Dr. Moritz is usually behind schedule, it is because he takes so much time with his patients. He is extremely thorough, looks at the whole picture, and stays very up to date with the latest studies and information. I kept Dr. Moritz when I moved to another city 250 miles away because I appreciate his approach and have found it hard to replace.

He is an amazing doctor. He is a great diagnostician and has the best bedside manner. He has seen my family through it all.Strep , tonsils, mononucleosis, bladder infections, high cholesteral, high blood pressure, broken foot, earaches, flu you name it, has taken care of us!!!!He is savvy and does not overmedicate. He is aware of the costs of testing and meds.I think he is the best MD in Boulder.My grown kids go see him when they are in town!!!!

Dr. Moritz is easily the best, most caring doctor I've ever had. He's never, ever allowed to retire. :)

Dr Moritz was my dr up until I was about 25. He was the most caring, personable, dr I have ever had. If you are looking for someone who will really care about you and your diagnosis this is your man!
