It is vital to have providers that you trust with your children, especially when your children are black, brown, or any other minority. One of my children had to see Whitney and Dr. Pfanstiel when Dr. Terry wasn’t available and I’m horrified he’s still able to practice medicine. He is a hateful, bigoted, antivaxxer, conspiracy theorist. The fact that he violated my trust under the guise of being a “Christian” is unforgivable.

I have been taking my granddaughter to Dr. Pfanstiel every since she was born. We chose this clinic as a matter of convenience, as it is right down the street from where we live. I could not be more pleased with the care and compassion we receive here. I would never take her any place else. This is the second time around parenting for me, as I am raising my granddaughter. Dr. Pfanstiel always takes the time to answer any questions or fears I might have and treats me with the utmost respect. Dr.Pfanstiel obviously loves children and is very patient and thorough. Grace is at ease and comfortable each and every time we go. The entire pediatric staff here cannot be matched. Very friendly and accommodating. We have also had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Terry on several occasions. She is friendly, professional and wonderful with Grace as well. Everyone here works together as a team. My daughter began taking her three children here in 2018, and is thrilled with both Dr. Pfanstiel and Dr. Terry… as well. Happy, happy! Joy, joy! I am so blessed to have found both pediatricians. They get six stars in my book. ??????

Dr. Pfanstiel is a great doctor and takes time with my little girl and listens to my concerns; however, he can sometimes get rushed so you have to slow him down. He just really knows what he is doing so some of the "wordy" examples from worried moms is too much for him and it seems as though you aren't being listened too. Believe me, he is listening and will give you great advice while taking care of the most precious ones in your life.
