Dr. Carl David Phipps, MD

Dr. Carl Phipps is a board-certified otolaryngologist who specializes in head and neck surgery with a focus on hearing disorders. He earned his medical degree from Wake Forest School of Medicine and completed his residency at Geisinger Health System. With 33 years of experience treating patients throughout North Carolina, Dr. Phipps has developed particular expertise in diagnosing and managing various forms of hearing loss. He speaks English and provides comprehensive care for both adult and pediatric patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions.
