Dr. Carl Phipps is a board-certified otolaryngologist specializing in head and neck surgery with over three decades of clinical experience. He earned his medical degree from Wake Forest School of Medicine and completed his residency training at Geisinger Health System. With 33 years of dedicated practice, Dr. Phipps has developed extensive expertise in treating conditions affecting the ears, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck. He provides care in English to patients throughout the region.
