The actual visit was fine, if a bit brief, but resolving a billing issue was intolerable - the staff rarely picks up the phone, and the number provided doesn't even have an answering machine, just a separate number you can call to leave a message - and they don't even repeat it, so I hope you already had a pen and paper handy! When I did manage to reach someone, I was put on hold, then disconnected while I was waiting! I first assumed it was an accident - but they never called me back, and when I tried the number again it went straight to the recording!

He is very fast and knows what he is doing.

Dr. Roundtree should change his name to: Dr. Flash. It took him less than 1-minutes to diagnose what 3-clueless dermatologist still have no idea of. This guy is really good.

Visited Dr. Roundtree following a recommendation from a coworker. The reviews that mention how fast patients are moved through are accurate. If you are looking for a lot of Q&A time, then I would say Dr. Roundtree isn't your guy. He isn't rude, however he is very rushed. He treated my skin condition and I had a follow up appointment on his recommendation. In my case, my condition was accurately treated and followed up properly which for me is more important than bedside manner and chat time.

He is like Clark Kent in a phone booth changing to Superman...Spends no time with patient...One assumes(hopes)he knows what he is doing,but he doesn't share much with patient. I had Actinic Keratosis, and in one fell swoop he was treating me with nitrogen before I realized what was going on, and out the door he went, leaving me in hall way talking to myself.You feel like you may be part of an assembly line as I read that he averages 60 patients a day!

I went in with a quick question, "What's this bump on my back?" and when I turned around about 5 mins after going into the room (and about 15 minutes of waiting) with a biopsy and my head spinning. Dr. Rountree blazed right over my question and tried to dismiss me with a case of rosacea (which I knew and prefer not to treat). When I stopped him from ushering me out by asking again "But what is this bump?", he jumped right ahead to a biopsy, which as he did I protested. I didn't want to pay hundreds of dollars for a biopsy, I just wanted the *name* of the thing. Needless to say, my insurance company and I will be discussing the fact that I had an *unwanted!* procedure. It's a shame because he seems like a nice guy (a little unorthodox, but nice). I do NOT recommend him and will not be visiting him again.

I have seen this Dr twice and both times he was quick in and quick out without listening to my full issue. He was quick to subscribe several creams each time that never worked. Have had a mysterious skin rash for several months and within seconds he just says "bug bites". Really? Just listen will ya? After forcing my complete medical history while his hand on the door knob to quickly run out; he then said, "well, it may be a reaction to combination of medicines i'm taking. He's just guessing and not better at it than I am. I still don't have an answer and needless to say, i'm not returning

Did not listen to my concerns in reference to medical problems. I felt he dismiss my concerns.
