office is closed a lot with no back up, may not be allowed in some hospitals and understand he does not make hospital visits. If you like a rude person this doctor is for you he does not make Hospital visits, lacks professional manners,

rude and crude to patients and employees

The only con is the long time it takes for him to see you but he does really help with your problems.he is also very concerned with weight loss !!!

I switched personal care doctors and went to Dr. Scheler. I Called to schedule my first appointment and got in the same day. I came in filled out my paper work and got asked to come in right away. I fell out of a tree stand and hurt my shoulder and knee. dr. Scheler said "i have a torn rotator cuff and a jammed knee". I got proper medication and sent to an orthopaedic Doctor where they checked me out further and said Dr. Schelers Diagnosis was 100% accurate. I am 100% happy with my switch to Dr.Scheler. I highly recommend Dr. Scheler For everyones Personal Care doctor.

For a year and a half I complained of back pain which grew increasingly more severe. A number of other problems occurred including numbness and tingling in my hands and feet, migraines, memory loss, inability to grip things with my right hand.. all to which I was told there was nothing wrong with me and that I should seek psychiatric help. Upon REFUSAL to send me for an mri, I walked out. I have just been diagnosed with myofascial disease. Find a new doctor!

Earlier this year I had set appointments for my husband and myself for this Dr as our Primary Care Physican. We had appoints scheduled in March. Then due to us being busy buying anhouse and moving, I had to cancel our appointments. The dust has finally settled and I called back to make appointments for my husband and I. my husband needs to get his neck an looked at, and I am pregnant and will need fly shots. When I called she said they are not accepting new patients anymore. I told her we were already accepted and had appointments, but had to cancel. She said she could not take us. I pleaded with her stating that this Dr came recommended by friends, and that I am pregnant and need flu shots, and this dr is close and convienent to us. Her response?, 'There are other Dr's" I became very upset at her cold uncaring condecending comment. Of course I KNOW there are other Dr's. Now I am glad that we are not going there. The staff treated me very poorly and coldly over the phone.
