I have seen Dr. Smith for back pain/hip pain for at least 3 years. He has put me on medication that is extremely helpful and gives me a steroid shot once a year. So far, these procedures have worked for me when therapy and exercises at home have not proven helpful. His bedside manner is professional yet friendly at the same time. He has a sense of humor and puts me at ease. He tells me what he's doing and what I'm feeling when giving me a steroid shot in my lower back. This helps to alleviate my anxieties throughout the procedure.
