ZERO STARS!!! Will likely find a different doctor after this experience. His practice has been bought and sold at least twice now. It's almost impossible to get a human on the phone. Had to make an appt with a PA, just to get in reasonably soon. (After an ER visit for intentional infection, and I'm a chemo patient.) They messed up orders, which prohibited me from getting help I needed quickly. They should have sent IV hydration orders in, and didn't, then found out all messages about it were going to a voicemail for someone who was out of the office. Took me four days to get in for fluids. They should have also electronically ordered over 10 blood and stool tests, which they handed to me, and I had to figure out where and how to get them. That delayed getting them....but weeks later, I still don't have results. WORST part is, I went in for procedures at the center with Dr. Speers. He and surgical staff are excellent. The admitting staff is terrible. They refused to use my mediport… saying 'oh well, you're going to have a bruise,' no big deal....on my ONE good arm, due to having an IV infiltration and damage on the other, so my other arm can't be used for IV or blood pressure. BUT no big deal to them, to refuse to use the mediport and put the IV in my dominant hand. I do not EVER want to go to that clinic again. Non-compassionate, they treat people like cattle going through their system. Absolute disregard for my request to use the mediport. And WHY? Is it because a mediport kit costs $5 more than an IV kit? They get you alone and vulnerable in the back and bully patients. She told me she was going to check my veins, and before I knew it, she started IV. They had the anesthesiologist talking to me at the same time, and I now think it's part of their tactic to deal with patients that want something done in a different way than they want. Only giving 1 star because it seems I HAVE to.

after having to wait over 8 weeks for results of my tests, i made an appt at gulf breeze location. I get there and no one is there but the name is still on the sign. Where are you guys? I asked when i called them in the parking lot. oh we moved, sorry we forgot to tell folks. Really?

Dr Speer met me in the ER with a bleeding ulcer in the middle of the night. He performed and endoscopy, and stopped the bleeding. He was professional and caring,even at 2am

Dr Speer very helpful with treating my Crohn's disease- had to change therapy started by my previous GI. I am now much better off.

I have never seen the Dr. -- Recieving a treatment for Hep C with is very difficult to manage. I have seen two different Nurse Pr.'s and they have never had my labs which should be monitored to be on the treatment. Don't do treatment with them!!! There are too many problems to mention with my care. Hope I can find a new Dr. in the middle of a very difficult treatment and time in my life. Will request my records and move on.

He perforated my colon and sent me home in spite of my insistence that something was wrong. He never had to pay a dime and I was left with serious health problems for life. I'll see him in the next life.

This guy could care less about you! Its all about him making money and that is you need another colonoscopy thats where he makes his money I first saw an intern 7 times before I saw him He needs to retire lost interest!
