Not a good surgeon despite his arrogance

Dr. Tadaki, Angela and Ashley have been heaven-sent in my weight loss success! The education, support and encouragement, has shown me a new way to do and look at my life and food, and I am forever grateful for having met this team! I need for stars for them!!

Extremely happy to have a surgical weight loss program close to home who is willing to help me make all the lifestyle changes I need. Dr. Tadaki, Heather and Angela have been helpful and supportive, and seem to care about my success, glad to be in the program and look forward to having my surgery soon!

We recently had an emergency visit to Hardin Memorial Emergency Room because my husband was in a lot of pain. That required emergency surgery. He was great and my husband is doing Well. Thank You so much.

Dr. Tadaki is an amazing doctor. He ensures that he answers all your questions and does not try and push you out the door. He treats you like you are his only patient. His staff is amazing as well. Angie has been a great help to me during this program. She is always there to answer questions any time that is needed. She is not hesitant to tell me what I need to change as well as praising every milestone regardless of how big or small it may be. Together, Dr. Tadaki and Angie have literally saved my life and they are both amazing people. I would not ever consider going to see anyone else.

Seen for follow-up after weight loss surgery with out of state surgeon. Great care, follow-up and provided much needed information, and his support staff was great! Wish I had started with this program!

Saw Tadaki once and then met with Angela every visit afterwards. Sometimes she could be very rude. Also saw Selena once a month. Angela and Selena gave contradictory information. Selena said I was doing great with my food journal. Angela said I was no where near ready for surgery. Hard to give review about Dr. Tadaki since I saw him once. Hope he knows the staff he has working for him.
