My daughter was diagnosed with gastris and intestinal myplasia. My another doctor he told her it was all her head to go home. She came home crying he laughed at her and asked her if wanted tranquilizers. We went to the hospital and got got her pathology results and she does does have all these diagnoses, now our primary is looking for a new G.I. in Palm Springs, I called him and he laughed at her.

Went in for a colonoscopy and had to wait for the doctor to be there so that they could administer the anesthesia. Problem is, he didn't wait for the anesthesia to take affect. I have had a colonoscopy before and everything went fine. Dr. West was in a rush and did not listen when I told him that I felt pain. I was extremely uncomfortable and would not want anyone I know to see him.

I went in 5 weeks ago for prep class and explained to the MA I had to schedule my procedure in the next 5 weeks due to new job, which is a huge window. They did not call me. I called my primary twice to call them to see what was happening. Now it’s 5 weeks later and they are now calling me to schedule 5 weeks from today. Their excuse is their scheduler quit. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. This is not how you treat patients!!
