Dr. Carl Ramses Yacoub, MD

He never returned phone calls to me about my mother that desperately needed help. He had no staff and never called to follow up as promised after prescribing new meds that resulted in my 84 year old mother falling down stairs. Neglect of care. His voicemail box was always full by end of day. His office is locked and plaque torn off the wall when I went there today. Staff from office next to him said he was terrible with all his patients and fled the country.

Dr. Yacoub is the best, I am patient of his for going on 6 years now and never had a problem with getting my results of my eeg or emg. He makes you feel like no question is meaningless. He takes the time to address every question or concern that one may have.

Someone should investigate this man!

Very few doctors these days make things easy for new patients. Dr. Yacoub set me up with a timely appointment and smooth transition. Excellent doctor all around!

I've been seeing Dr.Yacoub for years he's the best neurologist i've had I would recommend him to anyone. My seizures are under control and I owe it all to him. Thanks dr. you are the best

I read though these reviews and I totally DISAGREE Sounds like to me the same person wrote them and they were just mad for some reason. I have been a patient for a little while. I had a mini stroke in Dec as i was calling around to find a doctor i called Dr. Yacoub office 2 hours later he called me back. I was scared to death everything going on with me i was having heart PVCs and so many different things, the hospital told us things but didnt really explain them. After just talking to Dr Yacoub for about 15 minutes on the phone to set up my 1st appointment he made me feel better and a little relaxed. We set up an appointment and when i arrived his office was very clean and Dr. Yacoub staffed greeted us and was really nice and helpful with some of the forms. I only waited a couple minutes and as i did i could hear his staff answeing the phone and even returning calls. When i saw the doctor for my 1st visited he listened to everything we had to say never interrupted us once… which was so nice. Dr. Yalcoub really listened to everything and he asked us a ton of questions and really showed us he cared and waited to help. I can say he is very dedicated to finding out whats wrong and helping me get better. I can honestly say i am not very trusting and i dont open up to many people but I Truely Trust Dr Yalcoub and feel so comfortable talking to him. If your looking for a Doctor who reallys cares about you and wants you to get better. GO TO DOCTOR YALCOUB!!! Youll be so happy you did.

While Doctor Yacoub is a wonderful doctor, he lacks having any staff to help him out. He has no after hour follow up, does not return phone call, closes down the office for no reason. Will NOT return phone calls! Please Doctor Yacoub why would you continue to have an office when NOBODY can come see you? Shame on you sir! It's going on 3 wks without a return phone call! Shame on you! You had me sent to get testing but I can't come in to get the results? I hate giving you this report but people need to be aware of the lack of follow up on your end.

phone calls are not retuned. waited weeks for him to sign off on my rx refill. does not follow through! waited 3 months for my mri script. still no script for blood work, it has been 6 months- seriously. i am scheduled to see another doctor. it is ashame because he is soft spoken, very nice and respectfull. if only he could get his office together it would be the complete package.

I don't even know how he has a medical license so unprofessional lies never calls back tells me to drive and I shouldn't even staff lies he should close his doors do not go to him big waste of time never been treated this poorly doesn't deserve any stars

The office staff LIES to patients & the Dr. They dont answer phones, return calls, request records or authorizations. The are useless LIARS & should be fired. They are unprofessional, uncaring dumbasses.
