I have been a long standing patient of hers more than 25 years. I would not go to anyone else. She is thoughtful, caring, really listens and takes her time. She makes sure you understand everything she tells you and doesn’t speak Dr. speaks so you understand. She always has a smile and a heart of gold. I never feel rushed and always fully informed. Highly recommend.

Leave her care, she never biopsied a 7 cm tumor during a colonoscopy, another doctor saw reports and said you must report her, In reality, I had 2 to 4 months to live, And she did not biopsy the tumor. She should not be a doctor. Very frightening. I would not be alive if i got stuck and another doctor didnt step in. I am 6 years out from this battle, no one every survived the type of rectal anal cancer I had. It was a high grade neuro endocrine small cell carcinoma. I repeat she never biopsied the tumor. This should scare you .

Dr. Gilday is ok, but the office is so disorganised. Once, I was put in a room for more than 2 hours, and she finally came in and said that no one had told her I was there. Another time, they had me waiting for the wrong doctor. I also had trouble leaving messages. I no longer go here because of the mix-ups.

Very professional, efficient, wonderful bedside manner. Credentials are impressive.

Dr. seemed very thorough and pleasant, but there were so many missteps by the office staff, that after two visits, I was not comfortable going back. One time they put me with the wrong doc. Another time, Dr. Gilday kept me waiting almost 90 minutes. and said office staff did not tell her I was there. The person who weighed me was strange and made a rude comment about my weight.

The dotctor is good but the practice is too big. I had lots of mix-ups-mostly clerical errors, but I also went through a big ordeal when I called just for a routine matter-so many times I had to call back. I would not recommend this practice unless you are a very patient patient.

Dr. Carla Fernandez Gilday overdosed me twice on Fentanal during routine colonoscopies. When I complained and said I didn't want Fentanal anymore, she gave it to me forcibly. It was a horrifying experience.
