My first time meeting Dr.Gunn I felt so comfortable. She is so down to earth. I strongly recommend.

First, I would like to say that Dr. Gunn is an excellent doctor! She is attentive, caring, relatable and cares about your life outside of the office, which also effects your health. She was there for me while I was inpatient in the hospital and worked diligently with the hospital doctors to make sure I was improving. Very grateful for her and would highly recommend! Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience recently with the Manchester office manager and office staff (building 1). After going through one of the most terrible health scares so far. (Which was a result of birth control that I received from that office that did not agree with my body) I was met with rudeness, impatience and was completely disregarded due to paperwork that I needed for my job. I am very disappointed at the manner I was spoken to on the phone. I was treated as if the medical emergency that I just went through was someone else’s problem and not theirs. I believe that maybe the other offices that she… is are more kind I would hope. Despite the disappointing attitudes and behavior of the office manager and staff, Dr. Carla Gunn always does right by all her patients.
