Well, after 2 years of treatment she didnt help me at all for my tiena infection. I'm 36 years old and healthy. She rushes during visit and doesnt answer questions. She just talks a lot! She is old style Dr and is not up to date. I reccomend visit Google than her

I began seeing Dr. Herriford more than 25 years ago. She was and continues to be the most outstanding physician that I have ever encountered. I have referred several friends to her; they all share my opinion. One friend, who moved to the Bay Area, would fly to Los Angeles on a monthly basis, solely to see Dr. Herriford.

Thats why I'm trying to find her againâ?¦she left this area..and I can't seem to find care like this againâ?¦The Dr. she recommended doesn't answer calls or return callsâ?¦its so frustrating.

I was a patient of Dr. Herriford's for a few years. She was treating me for mild acne. My acne cleared up and I was very pleased. However, I soon found her to be dishonest and incompetent. She scarred me twice after telling me that there would be no scarring. Both times with a laser. Once on my face to remove a bump that was taking a long time to go away, and secondly on my chest area to remove a few unsightly hairs. I went in for a test session to make sure that that I wouldn't burn. Yet on the day that the treatment started, she increased the setting on the laser and I was burned and still have scarring to this day. She told me that in order to get rid of the few hairs that I had that she had to increase the laser, and that she had to do the whole area (not just the individual hairs). She also said that she would give me something to take care of the burns and scarring after the treatment was finished. Needless to say, I was traumatized from the experience.. She still charged me an… enormous amount of money and did not fix the problem she created. I was so ashamed and depressed for years afterwards. I stopped going to see her after the experience. In retrospect, if I hadn't fallen into such a deep depression, I would have sued. If I could give her zero stars, I would. I sincerely hope that she isn't still harming people with laser treatments because clearly, from my experience, she is incompetent.

I went to get a mole removed. I specifically asked to have the mole removed and paid a lot of money for her to do this. Instead, she ignored my request and shaved the mole. The mole inevitably grew back a few weeks or so later and I went back to her to ask her to do what I had originally had asked for and she told me she would have to charge me more money. This was a few years ago.. but I recently went elsewhere to get another mole removed and I realized how bad Carla's service was. Really bad attitude.

Carla Herriford left major burn on my skin trying to test for laser hair removal. She would not treat the burn. I had to go to emergency room..and doctor there was horrified at what she did to me. I reported Carla Herriford to Medical Board. Don't know why they still allow her to practice!She is horrible and would not see me or talk to me on phone after she burned my skin. She told her assistant to tell me to put skin bleaching cream on the major burn!!!!!!!!Also, she was treating someone I know for acne and person's acne never cleared up, got worse..after few years..person went to another dermatologist and acne was cleared in a few weeks! Carla Herriford is clueless and uneducated. Also, she refuesed to give back my $150 dollars after burning my skin and leaving a permanent scar on my stomach!! What an idiot!!!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO HER! You will save yourself so much pain and heartache!
