Dr. Carla Sue Mcwilliams, MD

Cleveland Clinic reputation as a world renowned medical institution and one of the top hospital systems in the United States, is not what I experienced during my appointment with Dr. Carla McWilliams in the Infectious Disease Department at Cleveland Clinic Weston/South Florida. My appointment was absolutely appalling and atrocious! Dr. McWilliams was rude, condescending, disrespectful, unwilling to listen, unwilling to fill out paperwork for my employer/insurance company, inept / incompetent to manage any type of advanced infectious disease treatment and might I add an out write Cu*t! The only thing she was concerned with was getting my maintenance medications updated with her name as prescriber so she could get kickbacks from the drug companies for prescribing my medications. Do not waste your time, she will not proactively manage your condition and her approach is to refer you to other specialist which are not relevant to treating your overall condition.

Absolutely horrible. Kept my poor father on very strong antibiotics for over a year. He has all but lost his hearing and he now has permanent vision loss in one eye. Completely irresponsible and careless. Stay away.

Doctor wasn't even interested to hear my story. She recommended doing same tests which were already done. I do not recommend this doctor. Not even for your dog. Waist of money, time, effort and hope.

Mom was in hospital over a month. She was her Dr. Said she did not know her two weeks later.

Terrible bedside manner.
