DON'T GO!! I'm going to make this short (as possible) even though the experience I had had many many bad and unprofessional behaviors. Here are just a few - The main points are: the office lacks the traditional equipment. Her spit sink is peeling and the plumbing doesn't work, she can't take xrays of any kind regularly (on my visit they had trouble they obviously have often). From the moment she looks at your mouth she is looking for money. I have good, strong teeth with few cavities and EVERYONE who ever looked at my teeth first comments about the condition, she on the other hand began rattling off dental lingo to indicate there were problems and oh yeah, announced at the start (after I waited 20 minutes past my appt.) that she couldn't even do a proper cleaning on my teeth cause they were 'so bad' - ridiculous AND "the insurance pays her so little". My cleaning was shorter (15 minutes) than ever in my life and incomplete without the water cleaning that is normal. No one has ever… in 50 years (I'm 60) EVER had a problem cleaning my teeth (within a half hour) - but her! She went through every possible dental charge and even went back on my wife's treatment (from a previous visit) and said I had to pay extra for the simple filing of an old cavity that was bothering her - probably took 2 minutes to fix. This lady is all about the benjamins and she isn't any good at dentistry AND she can't even afford the equipment - it's tragic and not worth your time.

Really reliable. I remember her taking hours to do work like fillings and root-canals, that other dentists spend a fraction of the time to do. It wasnt because she was slow, she was meticulous. In fact, Ive since moved to another state, and my new dentists always comment on how well her root-canals look. And in an emergency, shes wonderful. I was in dire pain one Sunday and she made time to see me briefly, and never let me go home in pain. After going to her, she became my family doctor, doing great work for my father. Lastly, I never thought I could afford a midtown Manhattan dentist but she always worked with me. I was never sent away when I couldnt pay and she refunded me for work I paid for but couldnt get done (being out of state). I forgot I even paid in advance and she tracked me down to pay me back. Go to her if you want a long term, reliable family dentist. She wont let you down.
