This is a super caring doctor. She is ALWAYS available for me. I don't know why people are giving her bad reviews. Go to her with confidence. She WILL be there for you and she is incredibly smart too! Don't read the bad reviews!

This doctor is neither thoughtful nor thorough enough to be able to adequately diagnose or care for her patients in an acceptable way. She rushes through appointments and doesn't listen carefully to or provide necessary knowledge or steps for healing and health-care. She seems more interest in cosmetic procedures than in actually helping patients who are in need. She always has one foot out the door during appointments, rarely returns phone calls, and is often rushed and brash when she is speaking to patients. She fails to work with urgency in situations where help is needed right away. Other doctors in this practice have given me much better experiences, but stay away from Dr. Phipps!!!

Over the years, I've had a number of experiences with this doctor, and very few have been good. Her bedside manner is incredibly dismissive, and her treatment is neither thoughtful nor knowledgable. In emergent circumstances, she is unavailable, and when confronted with patient concerns, Dr. Phipps is sometimes rude and often cold.

Dr Carla makes sure that you feel very comfortable. She is one of the best doctors I have seen with accurate diagnosis, who is very courteous and who makes the every visit such a pleasant experience.

She was very dismissive of my concerns. She was also very dismissive of the nurses' concerns. As a result, my child now requiresaround the clock care and will for the rest of her life.

Carla is a wonderful doctor. She is my Dr as well as my kids. She did a great job delivering my kids. She makes me feel like we actually matter and we aren't just another number. I will always go to Carla if I can...

I always felt unattractive. Carla took her time with me, made suggestions and even gave me pretty "Cupid lips". I never had an upper lip & now I do. She is the greatest!
