Dr. Romero came highly recommended but when I called to make an appointment the women who answered the phone - after going through numerous prompts - was simply unpleasant, impatient, poorly informed and not helpful. I chose not to proceed - imagine dealing with this in an emergency situation!!!

I am a seemingly healthy 27 yr old with a thyroid prob that has literally drained the life from me.I have seen several older male endos who have been overall, sub-par,curt, and lacking in any bedside manner beyond ambiguous and often cliche advice in dealing with symptoms.Dr. Romero is a a young woman who listens,spends appropriate time w/ patient, and is very prompt in following up.In addition,she is highly knowledgeable and open to different kinds of treatments to suit specific needs .There was no wait time to see her whatsoever,in fact, she saw me earlier than expected!Best medical experience I have ever had-truly
