She is very thorough; I always have a great deal of confidence that she has fully examined my eyes and ocular well-being. She conducts the exam and explains her findings in a step-wise fashion, in spite of my sometimes asking questions that get ahead of the flow! I really appreciate her approach and her knowledge.
