Dr. Turner was truly a light during one of the darkest times in my life. She is incredibly kind, professional, patient, and compassionate. She never made me feel rushed, and she always took the time to truly listen and explain everything carefully. I always felt genuinely cared for, not like “just another patient.” I’m deeply grateful for her support and feel very lucky to have had her as my doctor. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for an OB-GYN who truly cares.

I waited an hour before going to the desk to find out she had come in late because of a hospital issue, which I totally understand, yet there were still 3 people ahead of me and I was not informed she was running so late. I had to find out myself after an hour. Had to reschedule and my appt was just about some test results. Not an exam. I would have liked to know what was going on when I checked in or at least at the 30 min mark by the front desk. The staff who rescheduled me was very nice though!

I have been a patient of Dr. Turner for many years. She has always taken great care of me and I feel very confident that J get the best care with her as my doctor. Thank you, Dr. Turner , for all you have done to help me to stay in the best health!

Dr. Turner was very nice and listen to me. She wanted me to have testing, however, the diagnostic center screwed up my appointment and had to reschedule. Had my other tests. The diagnostic center was late with results. I called the office spoke with Dawn. She was nice enough to give me my results. I told her I would call and make an appointment after first of the year she said ok. I became sick and couldn’t go and then I receive a letter in the mail saying I was dismissed meaning I was no longer allowed to be a patient I will find another doctor. Made me feel like I was in high school

I have been sick for a few years now, with irregular periods and a wide variety of symptoms, and ended up in the ER with chest pain and palpitations and extreme fatigue. Surprise, I was pregnant! They were initially concerned it was ectopic, so I instantly didn't have a good outlook. I got in to see Dr. Turner about a week later, I had heard good things about her, had gone to see her PA before for an abnormal PAP and biopsy. I work with doctors, I am used to dealing with a variety of personalities. She was very clinical, professional, but kind of short, and brushed aside a lot of my concerns with little to no actual thought. She told me to stop all medications cold turkey, including my psych meds, no alternatives or other options discussed, I tried to tell her about my health problems and she was like "it'll be fine". Did the exam, everything looked okay from her standpoint, not ectopic. I felt really poorly, my mental state wasn't great, I definitely wasn't perfect during the whole… two weeks I was knowingly pregnant, but I'm human, I was adjusting. At the next appointment, everything checked out fine again, though she still couldn't give me an idea of how far along I was, it was very early. About a week later the miscarriage started and I called her office. They told me "yeah, you're miscarrying" like it was no big deal, was told that Dr. Turner marked in my chart that I was high risk for miscarriage, that my HCG levels had stopped rising, etc. No one told me. No one called to tell me about the abnormal lab result, or that she suspected I might miscarry, though I expected it. I was told to "do better next time" by her MA. We all know the best thing to do when someone is going through a miscarriage is to blame them... When we went in to confirm the miscarriage, they could barely be bothered with me, they seemed annoyed I was even there, like they didn't need to bother since the baby wasn't viable. I was just another number, not a person. She got defensive about not calling about the lab result, even snapped at my mom because she works in the medical field and told Dr. Turner that SHE calls her patients about every abnormal result. I was so disgusted by her and her attitude that I told her I would never come back, and about a week later I got a letter dismissing me officially from her care. Can we say petty? I have never met someone so stubbornly unprofessional. I got to go home and go through a miscarriage with no actual support from the doctor I entrusted with my care. Thankfully I had my mom (an actual good, caring medical professional) there to support me. Not everyone is so lucky.
