She is very sweet and gentle with my little one. Good Listener and helpful with problem solving as well as setting your mind at ease. She offers her honest opinion when you ask her specific questions regarding your child's healthcare. My only complaint about the practice as a whole, I never felt fully aware of the healthcare options until I found my son was delayed and I began researching potential causes for his delay. Once I knew the right questions to ask I was given honest opinions regarding his healthcare. I was never educated by the Doctors in the practice at all regarding his delays. Dr. Navas was the most open about the discussions of his delay. The other pediatricians in the practice seemed to put me off or back away from my questions offering to get back to me and never following through.
