Dr. Carley Santina Ebanks, MD

This is the most unprofessional office staff I have ever encountered. They will not answer the phone when you call. They do not call you back after leaving voicemails. More than a week goes by. The only way to actually get in touch with anybody is to go into the office yourself. They have no sense of urgency or any apparent care for the patients needs. The doctor himself is fine but honestly getting to him is more hassle than it’s worth. I highly recommend using anybody else

Give me my refund for the surgery you did not perform

Twice lately, I have had gall bladder attacks over the weekend. Both times, I showed up at Dr Ebanks' office early Monday mornings hoping to see him. Both times, I was able to get in relatively quick. First time, they'd had a cancellation, second time, the staff worked me in. I have nothing but the utmost respect for Dr Ebanks and his staff. I've been seeing him for several years for general maintenance (ha!) and for a few urgent visits. He asks all the right questions and proceeds to perform immediate procedures or sends me for testing to assist in determination of problems. I highly recommend him!!

Dr Ebanks, was my moms attending doctor while she was in the hospital and he was just wonderful.
