Dr. Carlo Giorgio Nicolis, MD

The office is unorganized. Too many people trying to be the doctor including the front desk. Dr Nicholis is never returned my call after I called with a question about a lab result that I was not advised correctly about !! The Physician Asst causes confusion with RX after Nicholis already wrote an RX. Office never sent me the following up lab slip to get labs after antibiotics to see if the infection was gone.Today is Thursday and last Thursday the office manager told me Dr Nicholis would call me before 6pm. Never got a call or message but the automated appt schl system has called twice to remind me of an appointment later this week which I am not going to. I found another specialist in a total different health care network.

Dr Nicolas completely missed my prostate cancer and by the time I switched doctors my cancer was at stage 4. He was also very flippant in his office manner - asking if my urine stream could knock over a Coke can. Although I had significant urinary issues with control and was in great pain he pushed out my next appointment for 2 months and did not bother with a digital examination. I would recommend that prospective patients stay away fro Dr Nicolis.

i had/have serious issues that the Dr. could not determine the cause. He has a "theory", but that means nothing. a urologist is the dr a man see's for reproductive issues. Dr nicolis didnt even consider that. even though i explained my issues as best as possible. ignoring testing reproductive organs for 9 months, i discovered on my own i may have testicular cancer or similar. if he checked everything 9 months ago, he probably would have caught it!

Dr. Nic makes you feel comfortable even though whats going on isn't.

I think Dr. Nicolis is great! He's thorough, down to earth, and he treats me like a person, unlike some doctors who treat patients like specimens.

Dr. Nicolis was very kind and funny. He took the time to fully explain my condition to me(kidney stone). I was hesitant to see a male doctor(I'm a woman, 28 yrs old), but I was very comfortable with him. He prescribed the medicine that helped me pass the stone, which my GP failed to do. Thank you so much!Also, the women at the front desk who helped me with my insurance debacle were so sweet and patient!Only bad thing was I could hear the nurses talking through the exam room door, and they were commenting on my medical history and laughing...very unprofessional:(!!!
