We really thought we had a good doctor. Until we were told we are no longer a patient. We didn't even known why. My husband showed up to his appointment and was told you are no longer a patient of ours. He was like what? I called last week and made the appointment, and the lady said well she shouldn’t have you still have a bill. He was so mad he left. I called back to ask how much it was and wxplained that we had just bought a house and hadn’t gave them our new address yet and maybe the bill had missed is and went to the old address and we’d be happy to pay. The lady said its too late. I asked how mich we owe and she said it will be mailed to you. I said no I want to know how much we owe and I’ll pay now. It was $18 that we were discharged as patients for. $18!!!!!! Wow! I paid the $18 but if thatbis all it takes to be discharged without notice……I cant see Dr Pike being like that! If only we had the chance to get to talk to him and let him know of what happened. … That is just poor customer service!!!!

Like Dr Pike when I first started going to him. Now I have no respect for him because he has just dropped his patients and referring them to Nurse Practioner and a Medical Assistant. He like everyone else out for the money. Also I have a credit balance and they refuse to refund my money! Thats just wrong! They won’t call you back and they won’t answer the phone most of the time.

Dr. Pike and his staff are not recommended. Was sent a letter telling myself and wife both in our 70's that we were no longer welcome. Why because we got upset when they would not response for request for referrals, I take blood thinners and Dr Pike was only having my blood levels checked every 6 month. I ended up in hospital Heart Dr I see now was shocked should have been every 4 to 6 weeks. Bad doctor stay away from Elite Primary care if you value your health. Should be zero stars

I love my doctor, but waiting 3 weeks on a medication change/question and having the front desk lie to you about a note not even being in the system..... Medication isn't something to play around with, and this office doesn't have it together. Im torn between a doctor I love, and finding a practice who actually gets back to you in a timely manner.

Starting out pretty good. Got referral to go to specialist. Dr visit good that time. Then needed to see the doctor office staff very rude and very controlling refused to even give the doctor a message to call me back. Made appt was unable to keep it so cancelled and tried to reschedule only to be told by his assisant i guess thats what she was told i could not talk to Dr. Pike i had to go through her. She told me he does not call his patients back. Now what of Dr doesnt have time for their patients ? Thank you so much Dr Pike for my referral. Thie Elite Primary care letter that was sent certified mail i hope you took time to read it since you said you would see me in the letter if it was an emergency. Well when i need to see you it was an emergency and your assistant refused to let me see you. Thanks again i have a good doctor now. And i dont have to be seen in Clarksville/Tennova medical center. It's disappointing to see such bad reviews of Dr. Pike because they couldn't be further from the truth. There are clearly a lot of angry and unhappy in the world, who will always find a reason to be so. While wait times might be long and frustrating some days, they aren't like that everyday and the wait times are usually cause because Dr. Pike cares for his patients and treats the as people, not cattle. At least you know if you do have to wait, he will give you the same time and attention you need. Couldn't find a more kind and caring doctor.

The office used to be run really smooth, but always late in their appointments! Sometimes I would wait an hour past my appointment time. The last few months, I would go in for medications and they wouldn't refill and make everyone needing controlled pain meds go to a pain management doctor, even for things like "after surgery" and anxiety medication. It is sometimes inconvenient to go to so many different doctors. When I call, I'm not guaranteed to see the same provider so that makes the personal feel go away. However, Ms. Trina is the best provider in the office, she is incredible!

I went to Dr pike because my past Dr changed type of pratice. He is a good Dr but his staff and nurse pract. are in need of respest and honest. I would die befor i ever go back to that office again.
