A good technician who's great at procedures but awful at support and follow-up. great staff, too. But if you need anything more than a device or a procedure, or want a doc who's willing to spend time with you, go elsewhere.

Dr Alves is one of the best doctors that I have ever seen. He is professional, friendly and excellently trained in his field. I trust him 100% with my condition and how he advises me.

Doctor is fine. But unusual Billing practices. Two insurance payments (Medi/Medi) is not enough. U find out about it a month after services when you get bills, threats of collection, and threats of refusing services unless payment received. they charge $ 163 on top of dual insurance. So be ready.

Dr. Alves is a fantastic electrophysiologist and cardiologist. I have been a patient of his for a little over a year and I'll never look back! I've had two surgeries done by Dr. Alves and they both went very well. Look no further for a cardiologist, Dr. Alves is your guy!

I recently had AFIB Ablation surgery and Dr. Alves (and the entire surgical team at Los Robles Hospital) were great. Dr. Alves's approach to patient care is to "partner" with you in your health. He listens to you and helps determine an appropriate treatment protocol based on your personal characteristics and what would best benefit you. This is very important to me and while some Physicians are not very flexible and set in their ways, Dr. Alves will listen to you and help you find the appropriate treatments for you. I have complete trust Dr. Alves and would definitely recommend him to anyone considering AFIB Ablation surgery. Los Robles Hospital staff (registration, pre & post surgery) staff did their best to make sure I was comfortable as well as address my questions.

Dr. Alves is an excellent surgeon. He takes his time talking to you and answering all your questions. He has great bedside manner. My ablation surgery was completely successful. Everyone that I have spoken with says he is the best, and I agree.

Dr Alves treated me earlier this year. I believe that Dr Alves is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. If Dr Alves got a more friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff he would have a winning team.
