Dr. Carlos Eduardo Arce-Lara, MD

Dr Carlos was genuine and I could sense he had a good heart. He was patient and a good listener. I didn’t have to wait too long to see him. He was honest about the risks of treatment and stated I could change my mind at anytime.

Dr Arce-Lara is a very caring and knowledgeable Dr. He listens and explains in a way that I understand. His staff are very helpful and caring also. I would definitely recommend them.

Dr. Arce-Lara is a great doctor, makes me feel very comfortable.He is very knowledgeable. I trust him with my care. The office staff is also very nice, I like how they all work together. I highly recommend that practice.

Follow up visit from hospital stay. Liver cysts needed to be looked at. Doctor was on time and prepared with all the info from my case. Took blood draw and results were back in 15 minutes. Ordered a procedure. Will met after. Great visit. Doctor was very down to earth.

Jesse White I was very frustrated with the excessively long wait times at my appointment. My appointment was at 1:15pm, and I arrived at my appointment 1:06pm and checked in at the front desk. After observing 6-7 people passing me by it was 1:45pm, I decided to ask the front desk receptionist what happened to my 1:15pm, appointment. She told me that, she would go to the back and find out what happened. After 10 minutes went by it was 1:55pm, and I was told that someone would see me shortly. After waiting an additional 10 minutes, it was 2:05pm decided to leave and head back to Maricopa, which is home. I have no complaints or issues with the front desk receptionists, I was very disappointed at the staff in the back

Appointments are always on time. Friendly staff. Dr is very helpful and thorough.

Dr. Arce-Lara was so incredibly kind, addressed all of my issues and started a great treatment plan that should hopefully get me back to feeling good. I can’t even begin to truly say just how kind and compassionate he is, as well as his team! Everyone was so nice! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone and everyone!!
