Absolutely horrible experience!!!! I was walking and talking fine when I arrived to the ER. I'd had concerning symptoms on the day. Something happened while in the ER. Some medical events that left me even more confused and unable to speak for a period of time. I could make sounds and that was it. I was very weak. This doctor refused to help me. He refused to look at what I was trying to show him. He was screaming at me "I'm not going to help you while you refuse to speak. " And he did just that.

He was rude, arrogant and seemed irritated I was seeking medical attention. He should not be in this profession.

Dr. Castaneda knew exactly what was the problem as soon as he saw me. He ran test to make sure, and was spot on. He may not have a bubbly personality but he does care and was very nice. He saved my life, and I thank him for that.

I’ve seen this doc twice here in the ER , he is the worst ! His lack of people skill and care for his patience is the worst I have ever experienced. He should practice more with caring with his patients than his appearance.
