Dr. Carlos R Cesar, MD

Dr. Cesar said he needed a biopsy for a tumor my dad had in his throat (voice box). The doctor was supposed to get an approval from the insurance. We waited 3 weeks and did not hear anything so I called the doctor's office and they informed me it was still pending. I called the insurance company and they informed me there was no request for approval!!! The following week I received a call from the doctor's office that he wants to operate as soon as possible. We did not return!! I do not recommend this doctor.

Carlos Ceasar was very rude would not listen to me. He openly told me he made the patient before me vomit. His office is old and run down. You can hear the medical assistant asking patients questions from the lobby. There are more up to date Drs. in El paso I would suggest using them and not this Dr.

horrible experience with this office. Doctor is ALWAYS late. I always make sure to schedule my appointments early morning, i.e. when they open office and somehow I had to reschedule about 3 times because doctor was always running late. lack of professionalism from staff as well, they are always talking loudly about personal issues. I was ordered a ct scan and when I called my insurance it was denied because doctor wouldn't provide details, called back office to see what the problem was and nurse just said that she didn't know when doctor was going to have time to call my insurance and provide necessary information. If you can please look for other options, I chose this doctor because of how fast they had appts available, but I guess now I know why they always have spots open. God bless good day.

Dr. Cesar explained my wife's condition better than the other ENT I went to in El Paso. The other ENT said surgery was the only option. Dr. Cesar took his time and for the first time I did not feel rushed while at an ENT's office. Dr Cesar was friendly, patient and very competent. He made my wife and l feel very comfortable and he disagreed with going forward with surgery that the other ENT suggested. Two weeks later and my wife is back to normal, symptom free. Dr. Cesar is an excellent doctor, very professional explains everything in detail he made us feel comfortable. So much I just recommended him to a friend.
