Dr Carlos E Coelho is a great doctor who takes time to speak to you and addresses your concerns with grace and professionalism. The biggest and worst problem is the receptionist. She is horrible. When you call she lets the phone ring 9 times, does not answers and hangs up. Therefore, you can’t address your problem with the doctor. So sorry. The doctor is truly a good doctor but she is ruining his reputation.

Dr Carlos E Coelho is an excellent doctor, however, the receptionist is horrible. I called this morning at 11:13 am the phone rang 21 times and she did not pick up. What she usually does is let’s it ring then picks up the receiver without saying a word and hangs up. You can’t ever get through when you need something. She’s very rude to patients when you get there. I give the doctor 5 starts and the receptionist 0 star.

Once you get in to see the Doctor, he is good and gives a good exam. Once you leave the office? Your prescriptions never get called in. His staff is rude and unsupportive. The doctor knows all this due to numerous complaints and does not care.
