Dr. Carlos Dicenta

The office building was hard to find. The office has NO parking- you must find a meter- this is never mentioned. The receptionist is unfriendly and unprofessional at best. It is nearly impossible to get someone on the phone and impossible to get an appointment. When I did arrive it took nearly 20 minutes just to get the receptionist's attention to check in. The waiting room is tiny and has 8 chairs at the most and they were all full. When I asked about parking the receptionist gave me a very unprofessional answer- basically telling me I was out of luck if I needed parking. I walked out of the office and never returned. I would recommend to all to steer clear of this doctor!

Never make an appt. with this doctor he only spends time with u for a bout 2min. The staff is not polite. I would not reccomend to no one.

Although very friendly, I found Dr. Dicenta unprofessional and even unethical. After being a patient of his for a while, he rejected my insurance, saying the plan does not pay him well enough for him to continue seeing me! He signed the contract with the PPO, not me. He and his assistant showed me proof of what they get paid, as if I was somehow obligated to feel "their pain". To top it off, he prescribed me a medication saying that it was for XYZ, and when I went to fill it, found out that it had NOTHING to do with my condition...

Dr. Dicenta is excellent and has been very patient with me. He treats me with respect and listens to my concerns. I don't plan on switching doctors.
